Acclimating new Staff through Support, Involvement, Socializing and Trust
MISSION OF ASSIST PROGRAM The bet36365体育 Staff ASSIST Program is a partnership program that consists of current staff members mentoring new staff members. Mentors in the ASSIST Program will be comprised of graduates of the Leadership bet36365体育 Program and other bet36365体育 Staff members who represent the culture of bet36365体育. This program will partner individuals that have a significant campus knowledge with individuals who desire to become involved in the campus community. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in activities and programs that help make bet36365体育 special and unique over a six month period in order to help them become more comfortable with their new work environment.
